refunds

When you get your money back

The short version: if FilerKaro gets it wrong, or if it cannot do the job for you, you get a full refund. Email [email protected] with your reference code. Refunds are approved by one person and are not an argument.

the cases

The situations, one by one

The pack is wrong

Tell me which line and what you think it should be. If FilerKaro got the arithmetic, the conversion or the IRIS field mapping wrong, I fix it, regenerate your pack at no cost, and refund you in full if you would rather have the money. If the figure is wrong because an input was missing or a certificate not entered, I help you correct it and regenerate at no cost.

You changed your mind before the pack was generated

Full refund, no questions asked, any time before you generate your filing pack.

You changed your mind after the pack was generated

The pack is the whole deliverable and you already have it, so this one is a judgement call rather than a rule. Tell me what went wrong and I will usually refund anyway.

FilerKaro cannot handle your case

If the wizard finds that your filing is out of scope, for example because you are a non-resident for the tax year, you get a full refund. You should not pay for software that has told you it cannot help.

A manual payment was approved in error

If a bank transfer or Raast payment was approved against the wrong reference or paid twice, the money goes back in full as soon as it is spotted, whether or not you asked.

ATL Guard

ATL Guard is Rs 800 for 12 months of monitoring. Full refund within 14 days of purchase. After that it is a one-time purchase and is not pro-rated.

how it is paid

How the money comes back

Bank transfer and Raast payments are refunded to the account they came from, within a few working days of the refund being agreed. When card payment is switched on, Paddle is the merchant of record for card transactions and those refunds are made through Paddle, so the money returns to the card on their timeline rather than mine. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under Pakistani law.
